Each tour has its own cancellation deadline and refund tier, which are displayed on the respective tour page at the time of booking.

You can manage your bookings and initiate cancellations through the My Bookings area or by contacting us at info@kemetegypttravel.com.

Refund tiers may include full, partial, or non-refundable options, with specific thresholds determined per tour.

Failure to show up for your tour may result in the forfeiture of your booking and any associated fees.

Cancellation policies for group or multi-passenger bookings may differ and are specified on the tour page.

In the event of force majeure or if the operator cancels a tour, you will be informed of your options as per our policies.

Requests for modifications to your booking should be made through the My Bookings area or by contacting us.

Refunds will be processed in the original payment currency and through the same method used for payment.
