Each tour has its own cancellation deadline and refund tier, which are displayed on the respective tour page at the time of booking.

Cancellations can be made through the My Bookings area or by contacting us at info@kemettravelegypt.com.

Refunds may be full, partial, or non-refundable, depending on the specific terms associated with each tour.

Failure to show up for a booked tour may result in the forfeiture of any payments made.

Cancellation terms for group or multi-passenger bookings may differ and should be verified on the tour page.

In cases of force majeure or if the operator cancels a tour, customers will be informed of their options regarding refunds.

Requests for modifications to bookings should be directed to us as soon as possible and are subject to availability.

Refunds will be processed in the original payment currency and through the same payment method used for the booking.
