Each tour has its own cancellation deadline and refund tier, which are displayed on the respective tour page at the time of booking.

You can cancel your booking through the My Bookings area or by contacting us at shaimaawael38@gmail.com.

Refunds may be full, partial, or non-refundable, depending on the specific terms associated with each tour.

Failure to show up for your tour may result in the forfeiture of your booking and any associated fees.

In cases of force majeure or if the operator cancels the tour, you will be notified, and appropriate refunds will be processed as per the tour's terms.

Requests for modifications to your booking should be made through the My Bookings area or by contacting us directly.

Refunds will be processed in the original currency used for payment, and any currency conversion will be handled by your card issuer or payment gateway.
